Collectors’ Plant Fair Day Tour

The Collectors’ Plant Fair is Australia’s largest and best plant fair. Held over an Autumn weekend in the historic Hawkesbury Race Club in western Sydney, the Fair draws crowds of plant lovers attracted by the incredible selection of rare and unusual plants, specialist growers and quality garden retailers. With Ross Tours, you board the coach at Central Station or Beecroft and join Sandra Ross for a fabulous day at the Collectors Plant Fair. On arrival, priority entry means you avoid the queues and head straight into the Fair to meet up with Linda Ross. As Fair Convenor, Linda organises this fantastic event and will share with you her visiting tips and plant highlights. Then it’s time to explore … there’s plenty of storage room on the bus, so shop away. Meet up again for an included lunch at reserved seating which Linda has organised just for us.

You will be contacted by a Ross Tours Travel Manager to confirm your details and preferred method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 180-120 days prior to departure will incur loss of deposit.
Cancellations received between 119-60 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between 59-30 days prior to departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee plus any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Cancellations received within 30 days prior to departure will incur 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be sent in writing.
Cancellation fee is based upon the total amounts paid including tours, airfares and all other travel arrangements.
