As a family we are really into Christmas and have always wanted to go to European Christmas Markets. We dreamt of a cold, possibly white Christmas, but could never sort out how to do it. Then we saw this tour. Honestly, to begin with we thought, its not inexpensive. Then we saw the quality of hotels, all the meals… everything that is included, so we thought, lets do it. We had the best time going to 3 countries, 9 cities and 22 markets. It was only a group of 15, plus Julia (a terrific tour director), plus a guide for the whole tour, a beautiful coach with outstanding driver, and city tour guides. There were other things as well, which were a great surprise, I won’t mention them so you get a surprise as well. If you are thinking about it – DO IT, it was fantastic.

What a fabulous cherry blossom trip to Japan in April, we enjoyed the cherry trees in full bloom, beautiful accommodation, fabulous food and wonderful kind people. All our experiences were unforgettable. I totally recommend this trip to see Japan and their gardens.

Our recent Japan in Autumn Tour was a rich journey through a country of contrasts, fascinating culture and dazzling beauty. We saw sacred shrines, castles, temples and witnessed the natural beauty of breathtaking Mount Fuji. You can truly feel the depth of Autumn by walking around and admiring the colour of the trees together with alluring beauty of the gardens. Graham communicates effectively and lead the Tour with energy and charisma. It was a fabulous Tour.

I loved the variety of gardens that we visited. The tour, accommodation, gardens and food were excellent. It was lovely to travel with such a wonderful bunch of like-minded garden enthusiasts. The wealth of knowledge that Colin Barlow displayed just blew me away. Inside Victoria was a wonderful holiday. I enjoyed every day.

The Norfolk Island tour mid January was so relaxing just after the hectic lead up to Christmas.
Such friendly people, delicious food, great cocktails..wonderful local hospitality.

Only a short flight from Sydney, no jet lag and unpack once.

This was my first extended tour, previously enjoying day trips to Red Cow Farm and the Jacaranda Cruise on Sydney Harbour.
Should you have visitors from overseas this Cruise is a must.

Just went on the Ross Gardens Jacaranda Cruise around Sydney Harbour and loved it! So interesting with the history, plants and great humour. Had a lovely afternoon with tea/ coffee, biscuits and muffins provide. My group and i had a wonderful afternoon.

Loved it so well looked after would go on another trip with them any time.

On Sunday 5 Nov 2017 a group from the UNSW Staff Social Club went on a Jacaranda Cruise with Ross Garden Tours. Graham Ross was the MC and Graham provided a very interesting commentary on the history of Sydney Harbour. We saw many blooming Jacaranda trees along the shores. The staff and crew of the vessel were very helpful and welcoming. In spite of the many passengers the process of boarding us was done quickly and efficiently. The vessel was very modern and comfortable with large glass windows throughout and no one missed out on the stunning views. Graham was the star of the cruise and at the end of the cruise he came and met us. I was fortunate enough to have had a photo taken with him. I highly recommend the cruise. I am sure this won’t be the last cruise with Ross Garden Tours.

The itinerary was excellent from the magnificent gardens to the Japanese Experience in Matsue. Organisation exceptional and I could not fault one thing during the whole experience.
