Meet Emily Dell – Ross Tours Local Tour Guide

Meet Emily Dell, one of our Ross Tours local tour guides. A qualified London Blue Badge Guide, Emily has been sharing her passion for British culture with visitors for over 12 years. With a love of gardens and brilliant sense of humour, Emily is an ideal local guide for Ross Garden Tours! Blue Badge Guides are at the pinnacle of UK’s professional guiding community and we are so thrilled to have such an incredible young woman like Emily be part of our Ross Garden Tours.

Emily lives in the historic dockland area of Rotherhithe, a fascinating and little known corner of London. She has created a series of virtual tours showcasing Rotherhithe and areas of London she’s still able to access. Emily’s videos are superb and filled with discoveries. Our favourite is learning it was from Rotherhithe that the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for the New World aboard the Mayflower. Rotherhithe’s US connections continue today as the iconic Mayflower Pub, located just steps away from the departure point, is the only place licensed to sell American stamps in the UK!
